Elias has spent over ten years working with remote teams and has hosted countless teleconferences. He has worked with professionals in the IT, financial and educational sectors, and has a passion for improving long-term profits by helping business owners make effective decisions about their businesses. He is a graduate of the University of Waterloo Honours Bachelor of Computer Science program, a CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer, and an amateur barista.
